Our Organic English Breakfast and Earl Grey Rukeri tea leaves are grown and harvested at high elevations on the Rukeri tea estate located in the valley of the Kinihira area of the Rulindo District of Rwanda. This region is renowned for its temperate climate, abundant rainfall, fertile soil, and high altitude of lush green rolling hills, ideal for tea-growing year-round. Our tea leaves are harvested when the climate conditions are best to yield a tea with complexity in aroma, flavor, and character.
Our Organic Darjeeling tea leaves are grown and harvested on the Pussimbing tea estate, located in the fertile, lush green hills of Darjeeling. This area is known for producing some of the most sought after and highly valued teas in the world. Nestled among the foothills of the North Eastern Himalayas, this high-altitude tea estate lies over 6,000 feet above sea level and has a myriad of sparkling freshwater mountain streams surrounded by breathtaking views. Our tea leaves are harvested and processed during the high quality second flush season that runs from May to early July.
We are committed to building long-term partnerships and have direct relationships with our Rukeri and Pussimbing tea estates, importing direct from the gardens. Our tea sourcing experts personally visit these estates to maintain long-standing, mutually beneficial relationships. Our puerh tea leaves are harvested when climate conditions are most favorable and then processed using traditional production methods to yield a tea with complexity in aroma, flavor, and character.

Our Organic Jasmine Green tea leaves are grown in gardens in the Zhejiang province of China, well-known for its rich history in tea cultivation that goes back thousands of years. The tea gardens are located at over 2,500 feet in elevation on sloped terroirs with fertile soil in the pristine Jiulong mountain range. The fresh young buds are harvested when they are light and flavorful from May to early August, coinciding with the blooming of jasmine flowers in the Hengxian County that is known for its high quality, fragrant blossoms.
Our Organic Japanese Green Sencha and Organic Genmaicha tea leaves are grown in the southern tip of Japan in the Kagoshima Prefecture by small family-owned tea gardens. With a rich history of volcanic activity, this has resulted in soil that is exceptionally rich in minerals. Along with the fertile soil, the sub-tropical climate, mild temperatures, and abundant rainfall make it an ideal tea growing region. Fresh leaves are harvested during the summer months of June to September when the climate conditions are best to yield a tea that is fresh and aromatic.

Our organic white tea has origins in China, grown and harvested on the Phoenix certified organic tea estate located in the southwestern Chongqin region. The estate lies at an elevation of 3,280 feet surrounded by lush green mountain ranges and rolling hills. The tea is grown in mineral rich soil and a moisture rich climate with low drifting clouds and fog, ideal conditions for tea growing. Tea grown within this region has been renowned as “the most beautiful tea in the Three Gorges”. The young buds and tender spring leaves are harvested from April to July before the plant’s leaves open fully to brew an exquisite cup of tea delicate and subtly sweet in flavor.
