12. Sanctions and Export Controls
These Terms are subject to any laws, regulations, orders or other restrictions which may be imposed by the Government of the United States of America on the transaction of business activities with certain countries or nationals or residents of certain countries. Sites are not available through EWTC to any Restricted Entity (as defined below). 17. Governing Law
The substantive laws of the State of Oregon, without giving effect to its choice of law provisions, shall govern the use of this website and any dispute arising out of your use of the website, information posted on the site, interpretation of these Terms, or products that may be purchased on this Site.
