About East West Tea Company

Choice Organics and Yogi are privately owned and operated by East West Tea Company. Based in Eugene, Oregon, our headquarters is approximately 100 miles south of Portland, Oregon where we also have a Sales & Marketing office. In the beautiful Pacific Northwest, we enjoy a temperate climate with abundant opportunities for outdoor and cultural activities. With Oregon’s picturesque coastal towns and stunning Cascade Mountains located a short drive from both our Eugene and Portland locations, employees will find an abundance of recreational activities throughout the year, including hiking, skiing and kayaking.

Healthy Living

Full-time employees are offered comprehensive health insurance that includes vision, dental, and alternative care coverage.

We believe time away from work gives our employees the rest and rejuvenation necessary to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our paid time off policy offers new employees two weeks of paid vacation, and provides additional days as employees build their career with us. In addition, each full-time employee receives front-loaded sick days on an annual basis, which covers time needed specifically for illness or medical appointments.

Financial Wellness

East West Tea Company provides all full-time employees with the opportunity to save for their future by making an annual contribution to participating employees’ retirement accounts in the form of an annual Safe Harbor contribution. Employees also have complimentary access to a financial advisor, who can help provide counsel on retirement plan selections, as well as provide recommendations for the best investment course to assist employees in fulfilling their future retirement goals.
